Luminous Weekend @ Monart

Two nights at Monart Destination Spa in the Wexford countryside. A small group of eight to ten women, a full weekend of spa time, and gentle wellness practices each morning.
The hotel and spa
Monart is an adults-only destination spa set in over 100 acres of private woodland outside Enniscorthy. The thermal suite is at the heart of it and is open from 8am, so Sunday morning before checkout is a real session. Everyone stays in a robe all weekend.

The practices
The wellness practices will be a mix of gentle yoga, breath work, journaling, meditation, and other guided practices. The yoga movements are there to ground us, to help move us out of our heads and into connection with our bodies. You don't need any prior experience of yoga. This is a gentle practice, and alternatives are always offered for anyone with an injury or a condition.
Aoife hosts and leads some of the practices herself, sometimes joined by guest teachers, practitioners and friends in the wellness space.
