Luminous is a curated wellness retreat business based in Ireland, run by Aoife Conacur. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use luminous.ie or get in touch with us.

When you sign up through our website, we collect your email address. When you get in touch by email, we collect your name and email address and anything else you choose to share with us.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

We use your email address to send you information about upcoming Luminous experiences and occasional notes on rest, wellbeing and connection. We will only contact you about things relevant to Luminous.

If you get in touch directly, we use your information to respond to you.

We use MailerLite to manage our email list. Your email address is stored securely on their platform. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties.

We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe. You can do this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you, or by emailing us at info@luminous.ie and we will remove you manually.

Under GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@luminous.ie and we will respond within 30 days.
