Booking terms
A deposit of €300 secures your place. The deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due six weeks before the weekend begins.
If you cancel more than six weeks before, everything apart from the deposit is refunded.
If you cancel within six weeks, we cannot refund the balance, but you are welcome to pass your place to a friend. Let us know who, and we will look after the rest.
We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
In the unlikely event that we need to change or cancel a weekend, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including your deposit.
What's included
Accommodation, breakfast each morning, dinner each evening, spa and thermal facility access, and all wellness practices.
What's not included
Treatments, lunch and drinks. Treatments are optional and paid directly to the hotel. Aoife will collect everyone's preferences before the weekend and book them in one go.
