Luminous Weekend @ Powerscourt

Sat 21 to Sun 22 Nov 2026. One night, Co. Wicklow.

One night together at Powerscourt. A four-course dinner at Sika, a beautiful spa, and a morning wellness practice before breakfast. A small group of eight to ten women.

How the weekend runs

We meet in the early afternoon on Saturday. We'll start gently, a bit of breath work and movement to shake off the drive and settle in, before we get to know each other. Then the afternoon is yours in the spa. Time for a massage or a facial, a swim, some daydreaming on a relaxation bed, a nap before you get ready. We gather for drinks in the evening and dinner together at Sika at 8. Sunday is a morning practice, breakfast, and the option to squeeze in a bit more spa time before we head home.

Come in comfortable clothes.

The hotel and spa

Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa sits on the Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry, with views across the Sugarloaf mountain. The ESPA spa is one of the best in the country. The views from the relaxation beds have to be seen to be believed, out across the garden to the Sugarloaf.

  • ESPA products throughout
  • A 20-metre Swarovski crystal-lit pool
  • Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and Himalayan salt room
  • The relaxation suite, with that view
  • Gym and studio, with the Sugarloaf in the window
  • Adults-only swim times
  • Fine dining at Sika

Dinner at Sika on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included, along with full use of the spa and leisure facilities for the whole stay.

Massages and facials can be booked separately, directly with the spa. Let us know and we'll help you arrange it.

Your own room

Everyone has their own room, so you have your space and your comfort, and you're still held in the group. Coming with a friend? Get in touch and we'll arrange a shared room for you.

The practices

The wellness practices will be a mix of gentle yoga, breath work, journaling, meditation, and other guided practices. The yoga movements are there to ground us, to help move us out of our heads and into connection with our bodies. You don't need any prior experience of yoga. This is a gentle practice, and alternatives are always offered for anyone with an injury or a condition.

Aoife hosts and leads some of the practices herself, sometimes joined by guest teachers, practitioners and friends in the wellness space.
